  • Network/System Maintenance - To keep your computers running fast and protected from the latest virii, plus backed up and updated, we provide monthly equipment maintenance, about 30 minutes per machine per month.
  • Web site hosting - We keep your site online 99.5+% of the time, provide you with 250 e-mail accounts that we manage for you, plus daily Website backups. Your managed server is on a fat OC-48 pipe (that's real good!)
  • Web site updates - The content of your site is the most important part of your online image, it has been said. We update and post the new information for you in our monthly visits, plus keep a backup and an archive copy of your old website content in our data facility.
  • On site training - Our tech staff trains your staff onsite. 2 hours per quarter is included in the Silver SOFTS package.
  • Technical consulting - Get straight answers to your IT questions, without a consultants fee. We provide 1 hour per quarter of this consulting service.

In summary, you get monthly onsite computer maintenance, website updates, your e-mail and hosting is included, plus quarterly onsite training and consulting - everything an in-house IT professional would do - for a fraction of a IT professionals salary. The four hour visit each month is as low as $239 *.

* Prices will vary based on your needs and setup, but our bundled rates are usually $59.25 per hour (25% off our standard rates of $79 per hour) for daytime onsite maintenance. * The price of $239 per month is for a typical small business located in one building; with one Windows server and four Windows workstations on a LAN, with a basic website + the onsite training done during work hours at your office. Other service levels and packages are available, just ask your MIS123 Account Executive.
